What I Look For

• Cracks, breaks, and crushed or collapsed sections
• Root intrusion at joints and connections
• Offset or separated pipe connections
• Clogs, heavy buildup, and standing water indicating a belly or sag
• Pipe material (clay, cast iron, Orangeburg, PVC) and its condition
• Distance readings to problem areas and to the city tap or septic tank

What You Get

• Full video footage of the lateral line
• A written report with the findings, measured distances, and photos
• A straight answer on what the condition means and whether you need a plumber

Please Note

I am an inspector, not a plumber. I do not repair, unclog, or jet lines, and I do not pull toilets to gain access. If there is no accessible cleanout, I will try to run the camera through a roof vent stack where that is safe and practical. If the line cannot be scoped, I will explain why and offer a refund.
